DIY: Tissue Paper Votive Holders

This afternoon I made these votive holders! I was inspired by memories of making faux-stained glass in elementary school. All I needed for the mini project was tissue paper, Mod Podge, old paper punches I found in my craft box, and a paintbrush. I think they turned out quite pretty and elegant. It was fun and easy to do and they make for inexpensive and summery table décor!
